- 99 residential properties closed escrow, (including houses, condos, townhomes, and manufactured homes.)
- Median sold price: $480,000.
- Sales price vs. original list price: 93.4%.
- Average days on market: 75, which is slightly longer than usual due to the typical holiday season slowdown.
It’s common for the closings to be off in January because of the holidays, but activity is picking up as we move further into 2025. And with our beautiful, sunny weather right now, it’s the perfect time to get outside and enjoy everything Havasu has to offer.
